The dedicated caretakers from the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust stayed by their side, comforting them through the night.
These keepers treat every orphaned elephant like their own child — waking up every few hours to feed them, covering them with blankets when it’s cold, and making sure they feel safe.

The caregivers of these babies are very special people. They have amazing hearts of caring & very deep love for the well-being & future of these baby elephants. The babies care becomes their life.
It takes years to teach these babies how to live, survive and eventually be released to care for themselves in a elephant herd. They care for them , whatever they need, rescue, rehabilitation, teaching , protecting, whatever is needed, these babies get.
